  • Christine is a nonprofit executive and gift planning expert with over 25 years of experience in strengthening nonprofits. Christine has raised hundreds of millions of dollars to support scholarships, programs, capital funds and operating expenses for some of the most reputable cultural organizations in the United States. She holds a Juris Doctorate from University of Maryland and is a graduate of the Yale School of Management Women’s Leadership Program.

  • Suzanne joined Tungsten Partners in 2010 after graduating from the Huntsman Program at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania (where she received the Zell Real Estate Award), with dual degrees in Economics (Real Estate Finance concentration) and International Studies and additional concentrations in French and Studio Architecture. Over the last decade she has run Tungsten’s own real estate developments, corporate investments, and managed Tungsten Property’s active real estate brokerage placemaking business nationally with Michael Bisordi.

  • Michael Bisordi founded Tungsten Partners, in 2004 after working for 7 years in real estate finance and acquisitions at Lehman Brothers and Starwood Capital, and is an alumnus of Cornell University. Tungsten has sold and bought real estate in every asset class, as well as completing transactions nationally and internationally over the past twenty years. Michael was a three-term co-chairman of the Residential Board of Directors of REBNY (the Real Estate Board of New York).

  • Kevin O'Hora is an Arts Administrator who specializes in foundation and government relations. He has worked as a key fundraiser for prominent cultural organizations such as the New York Philharmonic, Opera America, and Glimmerglass Festival. Kevin has experience in all aspects of managing cultural organizations, having also worked as a theater producer, conference speaker, grant panelist, and legal associate for AMC Networks. He holds a Master of Arts Management and a Bachelor's degree in Music from Carnegie Mellon University and is currently pursuing a JD at the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.
